It's getting a bit lonesome eating by myself all the time. Hm.

Luckily the menu was also in Chinese. And I can read Chinese for foods :) Of the other patrons, the two groups nearest me hailed from Taiwan. Go figure. They tried to order in Chinese but that didn't work so well.
I took bus 2 randomly and got off randomly. Then I walked randomly. I saw this.
Then this.
This street was shiny and I guessed it went North.
And this.
And this.
So my goal upon getting off the bus (wasn't really sure where I was but had a vague idea that I was somewhere in the bulgy area) was to find this ข้าวนะเป็ด place on the mystical ถนนนครไชศรี. I decided to walk in the direction I figured was North. I ran into the Parliament and statue of King Rama V on the way which led me in a big arc such that I kinda forgot which way I guessed North was. So at ราชวิถี I turned left instead of turning left and then immediately right. No one in the 7-11s or the guards or even the taxi drivers had any idea where this street was. Looking at the map now I was about 1 km away and I'd already walked 6. Poo! At any rate I gave up and took a random bus going the direction I figured was South-East. It took me to Victory Monument. I knew there was a seafood place there. Yay.

So 光海鮮, 魚翅 is definitely a Chinese Seafood place. Not the Thai seafood I wanted and not at the prices I wanted. Or the taste level. Except for a few white people, everyone in the establishment was Chinese. A day of surprisingly pricey Chinese food then?
